Jillian Michaels Detox Drink Recipe - Loose 5-7 Lbs excess water in a Week !

I discovered this Jillian Michaels Detox Drink Recipe to help you rid your body of excess water and bloating and loose up to 7 lbs in a week.

Here’s the Jillian Michaels Detox Drink Recipe

Ingredients:
  • (60)-ounces of distilled or pure water
  • (1) TBSP - Sugar Free or Diet  Cranberry Juice ( pure juice, not cocktail)
  • (1) Dandelion Root Tea Bag 
  • (2) TBSP - Lemon Juice
* I found my Dandelion Root Tea at Walmart and local health food store. You can also use link above and purchase from Amazon if you cant find any

Directions
  1. Take 8 (oz) of the water and heat it up and steep (1) Dandelion Root Tea bag for  10 minutes
  2. Pour this in the remaining (52 ounces) of Water
  3. 1 TBS Cranberry Juice
  4. 2 TBS Lemon Juice
  5.  Mix and Chill. You must drink the sixty (60)-ounces each and every day for seven (7) days, according to Jillian Michaels. I found her video explaining it below
