As someone who does allot of baking , one of my favorite tools is a cooling rack for cookies and breads. I can not live with out one. I was sent this Bellemain Heavy-Duty Pastry-Chef Quality Oven Safe Cooling rack. I love it because I can even use it for roasting in the oven. It is the perfect size. I think everyone home chef should have a few of these. I used this all week for my holiday party baking and candy making. It did not fail me !
