The fit was comfortable, and I actually like how it made my back feel. I did notice that I did perspire in the abdominal area while walking, but that's the purpose of a weight loss belt. It did enhance my posture a bit more.
Over all I would give this a good rating and recommend it to others looking for a product such as this. I know I can use a little extra help getting rid of belly flab. Its also a good idea for me personally to wear something that supports my back while exercising.
