100% Plant Based Meat Balls Recipe


I created a 100% Plant Based Vegan  Meat Balls. Tasted great with great texture. This recipe made about (17) nice size meatballs. And everyone loved them. They also freeze great !

INGREDIENTS:
1 Large Potato (White) Baked / Mashed - No Skin
1 (150z) Can Navy Beans ( drained and rinsed)
1/4 Cup diced white onion
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast ( if you don't have it, it can be omitted- I just like the added flavor, increase your garlic by a tablespoon)
3 Clive's Garlic Minced
3 TBS - Italian Seasoning
1Tsp - Pepper
1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1/2- 3/4 Cup - Whole Wheat , Oat, Chickpea or Rice Flour ( your choice)

DIRECTIONS : In a bowl add all ingredients and mix , then gradually add in flour till you get a nice mixture that you can roll, not too sticky.

Place on non greased pan . I use silicone baking liners. Bake 350 degrees fareinheit for about 20 min, 1/2 way thru turn them over.



Prepare your marinara sauce and place in and simmer 15 minutes. !!
