I know the next question already is " Where did you get the free product coupons? - To answer that I spend alot of time emailing companies asking if I can be out on thier snail mailing program for new products, promotions and coupons. I also let them know if I have never tried thier product, etc. The Bic lighter coupon was from a face book promo they ran last month. THe Wholy Guacamole coupons also a face book promo they had to honore service men and faimlies if you signed up. The foldgers coffee coupon was sent to me in email because I signed up for Foldgers e-newsletter. All of the other couponsthat I used were fromm coupons.com in the last 2 1/2 weeks that I printed out. Some are still active to date that you can go to thier site and look for. I normally do not put in a zip code to start with then I will put in zip codes, my fav is 90210- seems to get the most coupons from that.
Also just a side note, all of the face book and online web promotion coupons I used in this transaction - I have posted about over the last three weeks on this blog and Nanas Facebook Fan Page. It amazes me how many fans will want to know where I get the coupons for after I post my shopping trips- the Key is to follow this blog and my Nanas Deals on Face book ! Then you wont miss them. You can sign up for Email Notifications anytime a new post is made on this blog- simply look at the top right hand corner of this blog for the email sign up- then also below on that right side, click both buttons (1) Follow this Blog & If you are not a Fan ofNanas Deals on Face book - Come on over and "LIKE" Us - You can do that right here from this page as well on the right hand side, there is an option to like and fan the face book page with out leaving it, then all the face book fan postings will show on your wall. Be sure to make sure your settings on face book are set to see all posts!
With the new coupon policy that Walmart has that they will pay you the overage for the coupon if it is more than the item. I was able to get a total of $2.98 overage to use
against this transaction!
This is an example of what you can do with coupons using them the right way on the right products they are designated for. You can save mucho money with coupons!
