I got all of this for $41.22 today.
Total Savings with coupons $ 122.23 !!Now if you say you dont have time for coupons, ask yourself what can I do with an extra $122.23  in my pocket?  Thats how I think of it, the time and work I put into is like a second job for me. I was able to keep $122.23 of our hard earned  money instead of giving it to the store for groceries.

How do I do it? - Read Below Because You Can Too
Well I have been able to stock pile alot at my home , this did not happen over night. It took me about 4 months of coupon shopping to stock the needed items pantry items, freezer items, toiletries, laundry, cleaning, make up, paper products.

So now I only shop truthfully 1 to 2 times a month if I can help it, Lately it has been once a month, other than some stops on the way home for things like milk, eggs I freeze everything I can, even bread. If I am able to score fresh veggies with coupons. I buy it, cook it and freeze it for later use. Butter even freezes too. I even will freeze fresh eggs (not in the shell, simply break open scramble and pour in freezer bags and freeze flat, labeled with how many eggs are in there. I do batches of 2, 3, 6, 12. That way if I have a recipe that calls for
3 eggs I know what one to use.

I clip and file my coupons in my binder from the Sunday Papers. The ones I print on line. ALL You Magazine, and those that get mailed to me that I request from companies or promotions they run online. I keep a running list of the hot coupons, things I can score for free or really low priced that I will use.I watch sale adds, and if I see something on sale and I have a coupon to match with it. I will go get it, as long as it is very low for pennies to free. and the sale will end prior to my shopping date for the month.

If you are new to couponing my biggest suggest is to start slow. Practice, watch my blog and face book posts. I will tell you if  there is a hot coupon to print and where you can use it to get that product free or for low low cost.

Everything you see in this picture above. I have done a post on this past month - did you print the coupons? If so you can do the same deal(s) at walmart as I have done above. You may find that the coupons are expired.

How do I get FREE Product Coupons? That's a question I am asked alot. Well I do spend time emailing companies and asking for coupons, complimenting them on a product if I like it. Or simply telling them that I have never tried it and I only buy with  coupons. 99% of the time they will send me a coupon in the mail. Not all companies do but the greater majority of them do. I normally pick 5-6 companies to contact a week via email. If you look on a product package, it will give you a website they have and on those sites are contact forms to email them :)

What do I do with my BOGO ( Buy One Get One Free) Coupons? Now these are hot coupons to me.

1) I will wait till a store has that product themselves on store sale for BOGO Free - then match that coupon with the two  items and you just got them both for FREE

2) Some stores like Target and Walmart will let you use (1) BOGO Free Coupon + a $ off coupon for one of the same products This also can make the items really cheap and sometimes free.

3) I have also heard of people being able to use (2) BOGO Free Coupons on (2) Items and get them both free. I have not been as lucky do do that yet !

BE PREPARED AT CHECK OUT TIME !
Know your stores coupon policies, visit their website and look for it. If you cant find it email them and ask them to send it to you via email. Print it off, study it, and keep it in your coupon binder at all times. You never know when you yourself might have to educate a cashier. If you know your right to the policy and a cashier gives you a hard time, ask to speak to the manager.

2) Before you unload your things to check out. Be sure to have all your coupons together and ready! This way when items are  being rung up you watch, match sure that they are ringing up the right price. You will be surprised how a small mistake can be costly. Just today I was price matching Oscar Meyer Baloney. It was on sale some where else for 0.99 cents so I told the cashier she punched it in as $9.99 - I only caught this because I looked at receipt afterwards, because I was not ready at check out today !

3) Now hand your coupons to the cashier after she has totaled you up. I generally only hand them about 10 at a time and watch then give the rest. To make sure each coupon is rang in properly. Walmarts machines are notorious for beeping but not subtracting so be sure its subtracted. If you see a Coupon price with a "?" mark after it. IT DID NOT COME OFF. It has to show coupon with a (-) sign Stop the process and tell the cashier. This also happened to me today with about `12 coupons. If I had not been watching that could have  been $12 worth of coupons that never got used!!
