After having a horrific time at Christmas with some packages I mailed out to my granddaughter from a mailing service ( I will leave nameless) of tracking monies spent and then not being able to track it because of thier faulty service excuse !! Making endless phone calls all the way down the line , only to have it take 3 weeks for what should have been 4 days because they "misplaced it" then just this past week mailing out a priorty mailing box to have it returned to me because the label got wet ( from them) and they could not read the where to part and then not wanting to reimburse me on that $12 bucks and having to spend another $12 bucks in mailing . I finally decided that was it today, would be the last time I mail anything that way again aggg - time to switch mailing service carriers for my packages.
