Tonight we enjoyed some nice hot soup all ready when we got home from work ! I love soups and using my crock pot in the winter. Working full time the last thing I want to do after coming in exhausted on a cold snowy night is cook. So this is one of my favorites that I can throw together in the morning before I leave for work., and mostly have this in my pantry at all times and cooked chicken in the freezer seperated in baggies ready to for soups and such. Sometimes I will prepare it the night before in the crock pot insert, place in fridge till morning, then just place the crock pot liner in, turn on and go. Its all set and going before my coffee is done !
