Caution - I would suggest you LIKE them then send them a Facebook Message with your mailing info- remember never post that personal information directly on any FB wall. I did it this way, Plus I sent an Email directly to them walter@cooksvanilla.com that stated " Liked your Facebook Fan Page, and would like my FREE Vanilla Bean from your posted Promotion - No form or directions to give my mailing info so here it is......
