A Must try - Chike PB Powdered Peanut Butter !

Excited to try out Chike PB Powdered Peanut Butter. When it arrived it looked like a jar of peanut butter, but upon opening it was powder. Chike PB, Powdered Peanut Butter. Chike PB is made from all natural ingredients, no added oils or fats, a healthier and more versatile option than traditional peanut butter. You can add Chike PB to your shakes and smoothies, mix in yogurt and oatmeal, use in recipes or reconstitute to spread in your PB&.J sandwiches. Comfort food with a little less guilt. Lower in calories and fat than ordinary peanut butter.

I did two test runs with it. The first was to make some peanut butter for a good old fashioned PB and J sandwich. My secret favorite late nite snack.

Very easy process, a few tablespoons of powder and mix with water till desired thickness. Has wonderful taste and easy to spread. I love the powder concept, its like making fresh peanut butter when you want it.

Mixing Directions: Add 1 tablespoon of water to 2 tablespoons of Chike PB and mix until smooth. (Tip: adjust amount of liquid to desired thickness and taste)

My Next test with Chicke PB Powdered Peanut Butter was in baking. I decided to make a Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake. I used an ordinary box cake mix and added 4 TBS of the powder and baked as normal. For the Frosting I whipped up butter, powder sugar and a little milk and added about 5 table spoons of the powder. What an Incredible flavored frosting. For me that means I am going to need to order more for my pantry as we are peanut butter lovers. I loved how nice it was for baking as well. My frosting spread nice and even worked great in a pastry bag.
