I received an 8 oz bottle of 100% Pure Yacon Syrup from Quality Encapsulations
to try and give my honest opinion about. The first thing that caught my eye was this was a thick syrup and very smooth . I found it to be pleasant and sweet, almost like dates with a hint of brown sugar taste, and no after taste for me. I tested it right from the bottle on a spoon, did not want to put in anything to mask its true flavor. I then put it in a cup of coffee and drizzled a little on my morning yogurt like I would normally honey.. I really liked the flavor.
