OvenArt Silicone Bakeware - Muffin Pan / Cupcake Pan - 12 Cup Muffin Tin Review
I followed the directions, washed it first and then lightly greased it with a bakers spray. I needed to make cupcakes for tomorrow, so decided to give it a good test and make chocolate. I love the dimensions of the muffin space of each one. I filled them about 3/4 of the way- approximately 1/4 cup of batter. I did place the muffin pan on a cookie sheet first for easy transfer in and out of the oven. I was a little worried that the pan liner under neath would make the bottoms of my cupcakes cook to fast, but this was not the case at all. I ended up with a very even baked cup cake. I liked that I did not have to use paper cup cake liners with this. This will be great for making corn muffins as well. My cup cakes popped right out even warm, no sticking what so ever. And clean up was a breeze also with a little warm soapy water. This Silicon Bakeware pan did everything they claim it would do. As a baker, I give this product and "A" rating as Nonstick Muffin Pan That's Worth It
