This post is written by the man in the house ....We received the product during the spring turkey season, and decided to try it out on the turkey hunt. One of the viable points of these products is their ability to provide support while shooting. As such I found the Aspen Ridge to be as good as any of the other in kind products I've had the opportunity to use. Having said that, I'll point out that the price point on this product makes it a very viable choice for those seeking a sling which allows connection to a weapon with an attachment point. Having taken the time to produce myself a couple different types of mounting points for a variety of my weapons, I also highly recommend hunters and outdoorsmen taking a crack at the use of this product. The sling allows for a comfortable way to carry your firearms in a forward set up, and offers rapid deployment in hunting situations, Guides and hunters taking trips to hunt in my favorite place, Alaska; this set up is indispensable in carrying your rifles ready to react in bear country where the danger remains high year round.
