In this review I decided to switch out the sugar in our sugar container from regular sugar to Xylitol Sweetner - 1/2 Calories of Sugar - Made from Birch !!
First thing - it looks and feels and has the same texture of regular sugar. After a few days I realized that everyone using sugar never said a word, not the hmmm this tastes different? NOTHING. I even made some cookies with it to test up how they would bake. And they were perfect , as chef and baker this is extremely important to me.
