I really had a hard time telling much difference from the 500 count to the 700 count. This set of sheets is very nice, has very nice deep pockets on the fitted sheet for up to 16 inches. So this helps the bottom sheet stay in place nice. The most irritating thing to me is bottom sheets that come off during the night, these do not at all.
The sheets are very silky soft and you can order them in a variety of colors for any decor as well as in Full, Queen or King.
