OK I have to admit that dark circles under my eyes and puffiness go hand in hand. Everyone thinks that a long night out on the town causes dark circles, but in reality our little capillaries are what do it.
And I have been suffering with it for a long time. So anytime I can try something that is promising to work then I am all for it. Recently I received to try out.
