This crepe pan with low profile is perfect for making crepes at home. Multifunctional nonstick pan for creating crepes, omelets, pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches and more. I personally found the pan very nice to use, heated up and maintained its temp and made perfect crepes for me. The handle stayed cool and clean up was super easy. I really do not have anything negative to say about it, made perfect size crepes. I have included my crepe recipe below
1 Cup Flour
1TBS Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Milk
3 TBS Melted Butter
Whisk everything together, lightly spray pan with non stick, and 1/4 cup of batter to center, then swirl to edges. Flip after 1 minute and cook for one minute more. Slides off great - Order your Pan Here
