Pre sorting some fresh garlic received from one of the local farms, we were excited to get it peeled and ready to go. The initial observations included a detailed but simple product of high quality construction. The large garlic cloves fit quite readily in the basin, and surprisingly the torque we were able to generate with the handles was impressive. The fresh garlic was pressed cleanly through and the residue was removed quite easily with the provided cleaning tool.
