DIY Granola ( Plant Based)
Ingredients ( Dry)
5 Cups Oats
1 Cup Nuts You Want
1 Cup Mixed Dried Fruits and Raisins
1/4 Cup Dried unsweetened Coconut
3 TBS Cinnamon
1TBS Nutmeg
1Tsp Sea Salt
WET ingredients
1 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Coconut oil melted
2 TBS Vanilla
Directions :
MIX ALL dry ingredients in a bowl
In another bowl whisk all wet ingredients
Then add to dry and mix, easiest way is with clean hands and really incorperated everything.
Have parchment or silicone lined pants ready to go and preheated oven to 350F .
Line your granola on pan in singly layer.
Bake in oven and every 10 minutes stir it , continue this till golden brown .
Remove from oven and let cool.
Store in Jars.
