#Keto Oatmeal (1.7 Net Carbs) Grain Free, Gluten and Sugar Free

This is so easy and your going to love this recipe - you can top it with melted butter and swerve brown sugar . Or a splash of heavy cold cream , almonds or a few raspberries, or chopped pecans is my favorite. Remember the Marcos are for the Keto Oatmeal only so be sure to account for those of you add other items. 


Makes: 1 Servings 
NUTRITION (per serving)
1.7 Net Carbs, 18.6g fat,  7.9g protein, 222 Calories
Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Almond flour 
2 Tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Tbsp Flax meal
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
2 Tbsp Monk Fruit or Swerve Sweetener
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/8 Cup Unsweetened Heavy Cream 
½  Cup Water
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions
In a medium pot, add ans stir together all the dry ingredients  and vanilla.

Add in cream, water, vanilla and bring to a boil over high heat then reduce to a simmer, continue to store for a few minutes until it gets a little thick - do not make overly thick because it does thicken upon cooling as well. 

Once cooked,remove from heat and allow to cool and thicken for 2-3 minutes before enjoying !
