Ingredients:
2 cup almond flour
2 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded ( not fresh , use low moisture)
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 Egg
1 TBS Baking Powder
Directions:
In a sauce pan over low heat melt your Mozzarella and cream cheese.
Place your almond flour, baking powder and salt in food processor ,stand mixer with paddle - or you can mix by hand to a dough if need be ! * If mixing by hand be sure to lightly oil your hands.
When cheese is melted, ad to almond flour and pulse a few times. Ad your egg and mix throughout about 30 seconds .
Place on parchment paper and wrap up and chill for a min of 20 minutes.
Pre- bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes - remove and put your keto toppings on and return to oven for 10 minutes. cook on Parchment paper or silicone mat to prevent sticking !!!
