INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 LBS GroundbBeef
1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 tsp fresh crushed garlic
1 tablespoons tomato paste
1 head cauliflower (cooked , drained well as to remove all excess moisture)
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 TBS Almond Flour
1 tsp Dried Oregeno
1tsp dried basil or fresh
2 tsp salt


Directions:

Cook ground beef, onions,celery, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper together. Drain the grease - put back on low and ad Tomatoe paste and 1 TBS Water , stir on low and simmer a few minutes - transfer to a non stick pan or lightly spray casserole dish with coconut or olive oil spray.

In a food processor or with a masher ( use those muscles)  ad in cooked and "very well"  drained cauliflower, butter, cream, cream cheese , cheddar cheese, , almond flour , salt, pepper to taste and pulse till smooth.

*Important - it is really imperative that you really drain your cauliflower well 

Top your meat mixture evenly. 
Bake 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes .
