This is the perfect tummy warning dish, can be a main dish or side dish! Easy to prepare when your craving Mac and cheese without the pasta!
INGREDIENTS:
6 cups Cauliflower ( cooked, fork tender)
2 TBS Butter
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Heavy Cream
6 TBS Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Garam masala
3 strips Crumbled Bacon
DIRECTIONS :
Cook one head of cauliflower florets till fork tender ( but not mushy) . Drain and set aside.
In a pan melt and whisk butter, cream cheese and heavy cream till smooth. Whisk in mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and *optional gramlham masala spice.
Ad back in the hot cauliflower and gently mix .
Serve top with crumbled bacon and enjoy.
