100% Plant Based Black Bean Brownies ( Gluten and Dairy Free)



1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup carob or cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or grape seed oi
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • Optional - 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts for top or carob chips 
DRSIN AND RINSE BEANS AND either in a  food processor or Vita mix, pure  then. Then mix everything in a bowl with a mixer, por in 8x8 Silicone or Parchment lined pan. Sprinkle with walnuts . Bake 350 defrees farenheit oven in the  middle for about 18-20 minutes. Let cool before cutting . 

As you can see, they have a very cake like consistentsy. 

Options: you can toss in vegan chocolate chips, nut into the mix .
