100% plant based vegan meat substitute Recipe !!


Vegie Meat Crumbles Recipe!! !!! This is 100% plant based vegan meat substitute

1 Cauliflower ( Med to large size- Raw)
1 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Cup Mushrooms ( Raw - Not canned)
1/2 Cup Tomatoe Paste ( you can cook tomatoes down, run through a food processor and then cook down to a thick paste if it)
1 TBS Smoked Paparika
1Tsp Salt and Black Pepper
3 TBS of Soy Sauce or Tahini

You will want to pulse all your cauliflower, walnuts and mushrooms in a food processor .. just gently till everything is a fine chop, or can do by hand

Then add in all other ingredients and mix well.

Spread on a parchment lined baking dish even or lined with a silicone baking mat to an even layer.

Bake in 350 Degree F oven. And after 30 min stir it and do that again 2-3 times at 15 min intervals.

When done let cool and package up. You can freeze it also.

Now the great part is, use this like you would ground beef, it will take on the spices well for tacos, spaghetti sauce, in lasagna etc.  And it's Non Meat !!!

Taco Meat - Simply add to a saute pan, add in taco seasoning a little water and simmer.

Italian - add in Italian Spices
Indian - add in Indian Spices
Mexican- add in Mexican spices

I make mine plain, then season to taste for particular recipes!!!
