Jiva Organic Garam Masala is one of those spices that unless you know what it is used for , you might just pass right by it. Well this is a unique blend of ground spices used in Indian cuisine dishes. The key factor here is that the spices uses to make up garam masala are normally toasted to bring out more flavor and then they are ground. My other recommendation is , that you add it when you are end of the cooking process. I have done it both ways and find it works better this way.
