I received this Eco Bakers Silicone Baking Mat to review. The first thing I noticed it that it is a bit bigger than the others I have ordered or purchased. It is also a nice thick mat and fits great in my commercial half pan. For me as a chef/baker that is really important. I love to use them for baking cookies, roasting meats and vegatibles in them. They are super easy to clean and to date using silicone baking mats, I have never burned anything and I love the fact of no scrubbing pans, that is a huge time saver for me.
