Do you take Viamin F? At first I did not give much thought to this one. But after learning all the benefits of Vitamin F and what it good for it dawned on me if I was getting enough. I was sent a bottle of this Vitamin F by  Chantilly Natural Health and Nutrition to try out. But I am sure that you would have to take this for a longer period of time to get the full benefit of it. I do love that it has both wheat germ and flax seed oil, as these are products I take daily so to have them combined also thats a huge plus.

What is in Chantilly Vitamin F

  • Chantilly Vitamin F consists of 30 packets, each containing 2 softgels and one tablet. Each packet contains Linoleic Acid, Oleic Acid, Linolenic Acid, Lignoceric Acid and Arachidonic Acid from natural sources as wheat get oil, flax seed oil and lecithin.
  • • Wheat germ oil is the richest naturally occurring source of vitamins A, B, D, and E, proteins and lecithin. It is an anti-oxidant. Supports Healthy Nervous and immune System*.
  • • Flax seed oil is a natural source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid. ALA is a precursor to other essential fatty acids commonly found in fish oils. Flax seeds are also rich in lignans, another class of plant phytonutrients.
