I have been dealing with chronic joint pain and inflammation for years. I am also anti Western medicine, seems one RX leads to another to combate the side effects. So for me natural holystic is my go-to ! I wanna know what I'm eating, drinking putting in or on my body is all natural.

Ginger - Is a natural anti-inflammatory, has been used for thousands of years by the chinese to cure pain. ginger also helps relieve nausea, arthritis, headaches, menstrual cramps and muscle soreness.
Cayane Pepper - Its main ingredient capsaicin. When ingested and applied topically, capsaicin is potent at inhibiting the release of substance P, a neuropeptide that plays a major role in inflammation. This substance, delivers the message to the brain that lets you know you should feel pain. By reducing the amount delivered to the brain, cayenne brings you immense relief! * I typically ad a sprinkle or to my drink ( adjust to your spice level)

1 Tsp Ginger Powder
1Tsp Tumeric Powder
1/8 Tsp Cayenne Powder
Splash of Lemon and Honey ( optional)
Mix and drink .
