#Keto (1 Carb Only) Pumpkin Spice Coffee Latte - Hot or Cold!


OMG - I have to admit, before Keto I was that girl that sucked down coffee shops Pumpkin lattes. So of course this past week , I start seeing all the advertisements for it and decided to get to creating a keto version. It had to be rich, creamy and taste like Pumpkin spice to pass the test. This to me is actually BETTER that and high priced coffee shops - Cold or Hot Pumpkin Spice specialty drinks -  And only 1 Carb and only 50 Calories ! easy Keto Friendly, Sugar-free.  Now You Can Have your Creamy Pumpkin Spice Coffee without worrying about it ! 


Before we jump right to the recipe  to share the comparison of the coffee shop vs my recipe ! And why I decided there has to be a better way and low carb and sugar free, something I could savor and enjoy and not get knocked out of ketosis



Makes 8 Servings
Serving Size - 3TBS 
Marcos : 1 Carb, 56 Calories, 5.6g Fat, 0.4g Protien

INGREDIENTS; 

COFFEE ( Hot or Cold)

This makes the cream filling to use in either hot or cold coffee.

1 Cup Heavy Unsweetened Cream
1/4 Cup Powdered Swerve or Monk Fruit Sweetner
2 TSP Pumpkin Spice seasoning
1 Tsp  Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup



Directions : 

Pour heavy cream in a bowl and whip till it thickens . 

Then ad in powdered Sweetner, Pumpkin spice and vanilla and continue to whip till soft peaks - you don't want to go to stiff. 



Transfer to a Jar and ad the Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup and  give it some shakes - now it's ready .



How to Use ! 

Iced 
Pour coffee over ice and pour 3 TBS of your Pumpkin Cold Cream Foam over the top and sprinkle with more pumpkin spice . 

Hot 
Place 3 TBS over the top of your hot coffee, and a dash of pumpkin spice and enjoy !


Store in Refrigerator and just give it a few good shake a few good times before using in your next pumpkin spice hot or cold latte. 



Uses Same Recipe above but using Hot Coffee !!
