A few years ago my brother-in-law Roger hooked me on his no cook cranberry orange relish. I was able to recreate this keto version ! This is so simple to make and a great make a head for the holidays or anytime ! And comes in at only 2 Net Carbs for 1/4 cup serving.
Makes 6 (1/4 Cup Servings)
Nutrition : 2 Net Carbs, 0g Fat, 0g Protein ,
Ingredients;
24 oz of fresh cranberries
2 Cups Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetenero orSwerve
2 TBS Orange Extract
1/4 tsp of clove
Directions;
Toss your fresh cranberries, sugar , clove and orange extract in a food processor and pulse them till a finely chop.
At this point you want to taste , I'd it needs to be sweeter just as more sweetner.
When it's at your satisfaction, pack in jars and lid and put in fridge for at least 24-48 hours before serving.
