Keto Turkey Gravy - Only 0.4 Net Carb per 1/4 cup !!

Keto Turkey Gravy

Makes (6) 1/4 Cup Servings
Nutrition: 0.5 Net Carbs, 0g Fat, 0.6g Protien, 7 Calories

Ingredients:
  • 3 Cups Turkey Stock drippings
  • 2 Tsp Xanthan Gum
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.

By using your roasted turkey stock there is really no reason for added seasonings other than salt and pepper to taste.

You can find Xanthan Gum at your local grocery stores by Bob's Red Mill or on Amazon.

Directions:

Place your stock drippings in a sauce pan and wisk in salt and pepper to taste and heat till simmering
Wisk in xanthan gum and simmer for 5 min.

Allow to sit for 4-5 minutes and it will thicken as it cools a bit.

Tips: if thickens too much, just ad more stock to thin. If not thick enough ad more xanthan gum powder 1/4 tsp at a time and allow to sit to thicken.
