Bru Joy " Julienne Peeler Review"
We received , another wonderful product from Bru Joy this sleek, Julienne Peeler . I have to warn you that this product is very sharp, but that is what makes a great peeler from an ordinary peeler you struggle with to get the job done. Who wants to really spend all day peeling potatoes for dinner. I have better things to do with my day, so a tool that helps me get the job done efficiently , fast and clean is just what I like ! Its sleek design is well built and the stainless steel style will jazz up any kitchen. My initial observations included the relatively high quality construction and good solid joints which did not appear to be in danger of snapping off, even during heavier applications. . The julienne slicer handily dealt with all of the solid bodied vegetables it was likely designed to come into contact with… The blades appear to be, and remained very sharp. The handle was easy to maintain a grip on and the stainless steel appearance fits nicely in most any kitchen setting I could imagine. Clean up was simple with almost all produce , the exception being julienned potatoes that generally clogged up the slicing apparatus and required a little more effort to clean out. I would give this an excellent rating
