Here’s the Jillian Michaels Detox Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
- (60)-ounces of distilled or pure water
- (1) TBSP - Sugar Free or Diet Cranberry Juice ( pure juice, not cocktail)
- (1) Dandelion Root Tea Bag
- (2) TBSP - Lemon Juice
Directions
- Take 8 (oz) of the water and heat it up and steep (1) Dandelion Root Tea bag for 10 minutes
- Pour this in the remaining (52 ounces) of Water
- 1 TBS Cranberry Juice
- 2 TBS Lemon Juice
- Mix and Chill. You must drink the sixty (60)-ounces each and every day for seven (7) days, according to Jillian Michaels. I found her video explaining it below
