As you all know that I began my journey on Monday, April 6th ,as a #NSNation Nutrisytem Blogger! This is my WEEK # 6 Update for you all that have been following along on this amazing journey to a new me .....
I've had some big challenges this week, such as a few parties and having to make six layer cakes for them. Funny old habit of wanting to lick my fingers in the frosting - I caught myself several times. I think my biggest challenge was the party it self we threw. Pizzas, Garlic Rolls, Salad, Chips and Salsa. But I handled it like a charm . Drank lots of ice lemon water and then had the grill master cook one of the NutriSystem Margarita Pizzas for me on the grill, since he smoked all the other pizzas. It tasted so good- and NO I did not eat any of the cakes or anything else. Had the Pizza and Salad and was pretty proud of myself.
I received my first 2 Nutrisystem Weight Loss Milestone Bears in the mail this week also - I got my 10# and 20 # Bear- they are so cute and so motivating
I also bought a new dress ( 4 ) Sizes Down !! That felt so good to slip into with out any problems.
Total weight lost
I lost another 7 Pounds this week.
